Adelaide House Hotel, Blackpool

With prime position in the town centre opposite the Winter Gardens and Houndshill Shopping Centre, and only minutes from the Tower, Beach, Theatres and Attractions, makes the Adelaide the ideal destination for your holiday. A good size Blackpool Hotel with a regular entertainment programme and choice menu, but we still retain the comfort and hospitality of a family run establishment. All rooms are en suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, Flat screen Tv’s and hairdryers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

There is a lift to all floors.

Monday

Today we depart the local area and travel to the Lancashire coast. En route we make a lunchtime stop at Trentham Gardens, with time to explore and purchase lunch, before continuing to Blackpool where we arrive at our hotel late afternoon.

Tuesday

The day is yours to enjoy at leisure in Blackpool. Explore the famous promenade, stroll along the piers, browse the shops, or simply relax and soak up the traditional seaside atmosphere.

Wednesday

Today we visit the iconic Blackpool Tower, where you'll enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the magnificent Tower Ballroom.

Thursday

Enjoy time at leisure in the charming seaside town of Morecambe. Stroll along the promenade, take in the magnificent views across Morecambe Bay, browse the shops, or relax in one of the welcoming cafés.

Friday

Spend the morning exploring the popular Fleetwood Market, home to hundreds of indoor and outdoor stalls offering everything from fashion and gifts to local produce and bargains.

Saturday

A visit to the bustling Bury Market offers time to browse its wide variety of stalls before boarding the heritage East Lancashire Railway for a scenic steam train journey through the beautiful Irwell Valley.

Sunday

Spend the penultimate day of your holiday in the elegant seaside town of Southport. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the famous Lord Street, stroll along the promenade, browse the independent shops, or relax in one of the many cafés before returning to Blackpool.

Monday Departure Day

We bid farewell to our hosts and begin our journey back to Lincolnshire, making a lunch stop in the picturesque market town of Skipton before continuing our journey home to your awaiting taxis.
