Lakeland Heritage and Scenic Delights

Monday

Following our morning departure, we travel north with a stop for morning refreshments before enjoying free time for lunch in the attractive spa town of Harrogate. We then continue to the Newby Bridge Hotel, arriving late afternoon ready to begin our Lake District holiday.

Tuesday

Enjoy a memorable journey on the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway through the stunning Lake District countryside before spending the afternoon exploring the impressive Muncaster Castle and its beautiful gardens.

Wednesday

Our scenic excursion takes us via the charming town of Broughton-in-Furness to picturesque Hawkshead for a morning coffee stop. We then visit the idyllic village of Grasmere before continuing to the vibrant market town of Keswick, where you'll have free time to explore at your leisure.

Thursday

Our day begins at the award-winning Lakeland Motor Museum, where a remarkable collection of classic vehicles and motoring history awaits. Later, sit back and relax on a scenic cruise across beautiful Lake Windermere, admiring the spectacular Lakeland scenery.

Friday

Following breakfast, we say goodbye to our hosts and commence our journey home. We make suitable comfort stops along the way before arriving back in Lincolnshire, where our awaiting taxi drivers will be on hand to complete your journey home.
