As the only public enclosure that grants access to the coveted Parade Ring, Bandstand and Grandstand, the Queen Anne Enclosure provides an unparalleled view of the world-class racing on offer. An outing here is never complete without the joyful singing around the Bandstand, which takes place each day after the racing.
The Queen Anne Enclosure has a formal Dress Code which invites racegoers to contribute to a major fashion event. Embrace the occasion and enjoy the whirlwind of colour and style. The Dress Code in the Queen Anne Enclosure is formal, and racegoers are encouraged to review the guidance ahead of their visit, Racegoers must adhere to the guidance outlined, choosing to follow in full a dress code they feel most comfortable with. LADIES A dress or top and skirt, with shoulder or halter neck straps (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, no minimum length) A trouser suit of matching material and colour A jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements A hat, headpiece, or fascinator GENTLEMEN A full-length two or three-piece suit. Entry will be refused for anyone not complying with the dress code. Please note that anyone under the influence of too much alcohol will not be able to board the coach.
We aim to arrive at Royal Ascot between 11.30am/12pm to allow for you to enjoy a picnic by the coach before heading into the Queen Anne Enclosure at you leisure before the royal procession at 2pm. Please note that food and drink cannot be taken into the enslosure.
