It enjoys a peaceful location in landscaped grounds close to the town centre and provides spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Public areas include open plan lounge and bar. All bedrooms are en-suite and have television, telephone, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities.

YOUR ITINERARY
Monday| Following our door to door pick ups we travel north. Arriving in Harrogate, we make our way to the Cedar Court Hotel, located in the heart of the delightful spa town. After check-in we have free time to explore prior to dinner.
Tuesday | A full day excursion to the historic City of York. Within this beautiful city over 2000 years of history are packed into its compact space. York Minster, the largest Gothic cathedral in northern Europe, welcomes over 2 million visitors a year, to walk under its gothic archway & admire the dizzyingly high ceilings, 128 striking stained-glass windows, or to climb Central Tower for the awe-inspiring views over the city. Visit some of the many famous museums within the city’s wall including the Jorvik Viking Centre or the National Railway Museum. Stroll through the Shambles, with is vast array of craft & gift shops, restaurants, clothing and sweet shops before making yourself at home in one of the charming tea rooms…… York is just a great place to be!
Wednesday | Today we travel to Skipton, enjoy a cruise along the Leeds Liverpool Canal with an onboard commentary. Before visiting the lovingly restored Victorian and Edwardian Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway, with the opportunity to explore the two-time warp stations at each end of your journey.
Thursday| Our excursion today takes us to Knaresborough, visit the historic castle ruins with panoramic views of the river and viaduct. Seeing the unique views will show just how much Knaresborough really is a picturesque location. Find the location of the hidden gem Bebra Gardens. Knaresborough is also home to Mother Shipton Cave should you wish to visit. A day at leisure exploring before we return to Lincolnshire late afternoon.
