YOUR ITINERARY

Tuesday | Following your home taxi collection we make our way to the south coast to board the ferry to the Isle of Wight. Upon arrival, we make the short journey to the Trouville Hotel in Sandown, for our five-night stay.

Wednesday | Today you enjoy an island tour, visiting Ventnor, Freshwater Bay, Needles, Alum Bay, Cowes and Ryde. There will be suitable stops made throughout the day for coffee and lunch breaks.

Thursday| Our day starts at Newport. Lots to see, including excellent shopping, ancient inns, the harbour, Carrisbrook Village. We then visit to Carisbrooke Castle, an Elizabethan artillery fortress, a king’s prison and a royal summer residence.

Friday | Today’s excursion is to Osborne House, the cherished holiday retreat of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Step inside the house to explore the lavishly decorated interiors including the splendid state rooms where they hosted esteemed guests. Afterward, wander to Osborne Beach, the Queen’s private coastal haven, where you might choose to take a leisurely seaside stroll. As you make your way back, immerse yourself in the captivating gardens that envelop the house, offering a serene oasis to unwind and relish the ever-changing seasonal colours throughout the year.

Saturday | Today is a day of leisure to explore Sandown. Sandown proudly lies on the Southern coast of The Isle of Wight, and is famously known for its superb sandy beaches, mile upon mile of stunning countryside and coastal walks. The safe sandy beach frames the impressive white cliffs, which contrast with the rich blue sea and traditional pier. On the High Street you will find a wide variety of wonderful shops. You can stop by the rock shop and pick up some sweet treats and delicious fudge – the lemon meringue fudge is a favourite, or stop by at Dinosaur Isle, Britain’s first purpose-built dinosaur museum.

Sunday | After breakfast we catch the ferry back to the South Coast, continuing to Lincolnshire with suitable stops en-route. Upon arrival, our door to door service will be waiting to take you home.
